I. Installation and commissioning

Installation and commissioning is a key link in the whole industry chain service of the Macreat pellet machine production line, and it is directly related to whether the customer can meet the standards and reach the production.

1. Installation and commissioning on-site
The equipment installation and commissioning on-site is a very meticulous and rigorous work with strong practicality. Any deviation may cause the output to fail to reach the expected value.

In view of the importance of on-site installation and commissioning, the installation and commissioning of the production line equipment of Macreat is mainly carried out by the experienced factory technicians. This is mainly based on two considerations: First, the experienced technicians are very familiar with the structure, performance and use of Macreat’s self-produced equipment, and can play a multiplier role in the installation and commissioning; the second is that the technicians participate in the customer’s factory throughout the process. The design work is clear to the overall design of the customer’s factory and can quickly solve a large number of practical problems in the construction.

Our main form is to guide the installation: Macreat factory sends an experienced technician to provide technical guidance on the installation and commissioning of the customer’s equipment, saving customers the cost of experts in the installation and commissioning. For the installation and commissioning of the guide abroad, the customer shall bear the cost for flying ticket, salary and accommodation.

2. Cloud installation and commissioning

In special periods, we can provide customers with cloud installation instructions. Customers can use local installers to install equipment. During the installation process, we can remotely supervise and guide customers’ installation and commissioning.

II. Worker training

The technicians of Macreat who are responsible for worker training are the technical backbones of the installation and commissioning team. They work on the front line all the year round and have extremely rich practical experience. The advantage is that they can emphasize some extremely important details that are not usually noticed by the workers during the training.

These experienced technical backbones dispatched by Macreat mainly provide three kinds of training to the workers in the customer’s selection plant:

1. Carry out operation training for all operators involved in the production process.

2. Train all common problems in equipment operation and demonstrate solutions for workers on site.

3. Instruct and train operators to master the operating experience. This step requires the workers to operate the machine many times to practice before they can master it.

After the above three aspects of training, the operators can operate the production process and equipment proficiently, and the customer has its own technical team, which can ensure that the operation meets the standards and production, and there will be no long-term parking loss accidents.
