At present, due to the continuous depletion of coal resources and the country’s high requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development, the use of coal-fired power generation to protect the green waters and mountains has been gradually suspended. Therefore, the production of shaped biomass fuels (pellets, briquettes, wood chips, etc.) has become a thriving high-quality industry. However, during the production process, the production process must be strictly followed, otherwise it is inevitable that malfunctions or accidents will occur, causing unnecessary losses.
The main points of using biomass pellet mill equipment
I.Sequence of turn on and turn off
1 Sequence of Turning on
Reducer motor->Lubrication pump ->Discharging plate Motor->Fan->Main of pellet mill motor->Feeding motor(Adjusting the feeding frequency conversion speed of the feeder slowly, and the electric control cabinet ammeter is stable at about 95% of the rated current during operation)
2 Sequence of Turning off
Feeding motor->Main of pellet mill motor->Discharging plate Motor->Reducer motor->Lubrication pump ->Fan
II.Adding Lubricating Oil-places and frequency
1 Reducer Motor:
1).Industrial Gear Oil No. 220 for whole year(or No. 220 for Winter and No. 320 for Summer);
2).For the first oil injection, you need to replace the gear oil after 600 hours. Then need to replace the gear oil every 4000 working hours.
2 Discharging Plate Motor:
1).Industrial Gear Oil No. 220 for whole year;
2).Replace the gear oil once a year
3 Feeding screw conveyor motor:
1).Industrial Gear Oil No. 220 for whole year;
2).Replace the gear oil once a year
4 Pivoting support:
1)No.2 Lithium grease, withstand high temperatures of 200 ° C
2)Adding grease into suitable place timely and gradually
5 Lubricate pump:
1)No.2 Lithium grease, withstand high temperatures of 200 ° C
2)Adding grease into suitable place timely and gradually
3.Clear up places and frequency
(1)Bag dust collector clear up every shaft (beating with a wooden stick once in 2 hours)
(2)After the production of each shift is complicated. The main machine will stop when the material in the grain chamber is used up. Use an air gun to clean the dust of the main machine and carry out the shift (clean up once per shift).
(3)Before stopping the machine, remember to use oil sawdust to grind the grinding die holes to prevent the material in the ring die from clogging the die and causing the die to fail to discharge, thereby causing the phenomenon of stuffiness.
(4)Collect all the oil sawdust and reuse it.
(5)cleans up the dust leakage from main machine cover and the clogged dust of the bag filter (check and clean once a week).
(6)Electric control cabinet (clean up once a week, and clean the internal dust with an air gun).
